Introducing FirstFedSecuresm

At First Federal Bank of California, protecting our clients' financial information is one of our most important responsibilities.  With that in mind, we are adding a new security feature to our online banking service.  This new security feature, FirstFedSecuresm, provides added safety by helping ensure that only you can access your bank account.

Beginning December 12, 2006, you will see a modified login page to access your online account.  You'll enter your User ID and then click on "log in" after which you will be taken to a page to enroll in FirstFedSecuresm.  Enrolling is quick and easy.  You will be asked to select a FirstFedSecuresm image, create a simple text phrase, and answer a series of challenge questions.  This information will be a shared secret between you and First Fed.

Once this security feature is set up, whenever you input your User ID, we will show you your image and text so that you can rest assured that you are accessing First Fed's online banking site and not an imposter site.
