• Free small safe deposit box (subject to availability)
• Twice a month, make a selection from the following list of services and receive that service free of charge. Either a:
  - Cashier's check
  - Notary service
  - Wire transfer
• Free retirement planning and investment portfolio reviews
• Additional benefits available through your Branch Manager

Platinum Banking Program

With Platinum Banking status, your household is eligible to receive a collection of benefits and free or discounted services that includes:

• Assignment of a personal banker dedicated to helping you get the most from your First Fed relationship
• Dedicated toll-free number to our call center, FirstFed Direct
• Platinum Equity Line (at a preferred interest rate of Prime to qualified borrowers)
• Free corporate image checks on our FirstFed Advantage account
• Free online bill payment service
• Free small safe deposit box (subject to availability)
• Twice a month, make a selection from the following list of services and receive that service free of charge. Either a:

• $295 mortgage processing fee waived on any of our home mortgage loan programs.
